This guy's manner really cracked me up. He's playing the Khong Wong Yai (gong circle), an instrument I plan on buying some day.
This man is playing a larger than normal northern-style Phi (pronounced "pee") quadruple reed instrument, and it drones like a dying... something, but all in all it's beautiful once you get used to it, especially as it mixes with and complements the quite different sonorities of the band.
This man is playing the Ranat, a wooden xylophone kind of thing. It's a very difficult instrument, especially in Thai music. You have to have wrists of steel.
